Role - Senior Manager Merchandising - worked in precious jewellery for 8 - 10 years. Prefer at least 2 - 3 years in a start up. Experience in studded jewellery essential. Location: Bangalore, India Experience Required: 8-10 years with 2-3 years in a start up Industry: Jewellery (Lab Grown Diamonds) Company: Jewellery company specializing in lab grown diamonds Employee Strength - 62 current, will be scaling upto about 100 by March'2025 Founded - 2023 Work from office - 6 days a week - work from office - Jayanagar or Koramangala Organised, hard working. Potential to scale with the organisation Key Responsibilities * To develop a merchandising strategy * To develop a plan to increase stock turns * To plan merchandise norms and mix to achieve sales norms * To monitor sales per store and optimise mix * To define NOOS variants and ensure execution * To ensure ensure stock levels in individual stores and warehouse as per norm * To constantly optimise merchandise mix to achieve gross margin objectives Other Requirements * Leadership skills to build a team * Curious and creative * Hungry for growth Growth Prospects Our client offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.
