The opportunity

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our account-centric approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm's operations. Key responsibilities includes:

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
  • Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
  • Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
  • Preparing GTM materials for the firm
  • Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

The Product Manager will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of one or more enterprise or SaaS platforms within EY India's Client Technology portfolio. This role combines business understanding, user empathy, and technical acumen to translate needs into scalable, usable, and high-impact technology products. The Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver outcomes that strengthen EY's digital and AI-led transformation. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with service line stakeholders to identify business problems and convert them into clear product use cases and success metrics. Develop detailed roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility. Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable, and AI-ready designs. Drive the product backlog and release planning process with discipline and clarity. Champion intuitive design and usability, ensuring the product delivers measurable value and simplicity to users. Track adoption, performance, and ROI metrics continuously refine the roadmap based on data insights. Represent the product in governance and review forums, ensuring alignment across the CTO Office and service lines. Contribute to documentation, go-to-market readiness, and feedback loops with internal and external users. Key Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably with 3-5 years managing SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms. Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps. Strong understanding of modern product practices - agile, OKR-driven delivery, user journey mapping, and backlog management. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data-driven products familiarity with AI/ML use cases is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ability to work in matrixed environments. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a bias for action and delivery.
