Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our account-centric approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

• Overview of the role: As a senior Communications member of EY Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the external image and internal communication efforts for the CEO office. In addition, you will be responsible for leading our external PR efforts to tell our firm-wide story and enhance our thought leadership in key media. Job description:
• CEO Communications: o Write and develop messaging and talking points for external industry engagements in a thoughtful and strategic way. o Develop compelling and sharp video scripts for internal and external usage, bringing your creativity and business acumen to reflect in CEO communications o Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to understand firm's priorities and translate them into effective communication strategies and messages for the CEO's office. o Develop content and manage LinkedIn and other digital presence (website, Wikipedia, etc.) of the CEO. o Draft internal and external communications for the CEO on a regular basis, for e.g. internal memos to partners and people, talent and HR initiatives, e-mails to external clients and stakeholders, festival greetings, among others. o Collaborate within BMC team including design and video specialists to execute day to day communication requirements.
• External communications o Support PR and marketing efforts in select sectors such as Consumer Products and Retail o Monitor and report key media metrics on a regular basis to track share of voice in the sector. o Support crisis management in media, working closely with the leadership and key stakeholders to protect the firm's reputation. Skills Required: Strategic thinker: Ability to think strategically and align communication efforts with organizational goals. Exceptional writing skills: Strong ability to craft clear, concise, creative and persuasive written content tailored to different audiences. Media savvy: Familiarity with media relations and experience working with journalists and media outlets. Ability to identify emerging trends and news developments that can be leveraged for building the brand's voice. Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and agility to work within tight deadlines while adhering to brand standards and risk guidelines. Excellent communication skills and networking experience, as well as experience managing a wide range of relationships with people at all levels within an organization.

Skills and attributes

• Education: Any Related Degree or masters degree.

Experience

• .tMinimum of 10 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field, with a focus on leadership communications, with strength in message development for various audiences and mediums.
