Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at SGT University, ensuring alignment with the institution's goals and supporting its mission of academic excellence. As a Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR, you will play a crucial role in leading HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. - Lead faculty and staff recruitment in coordination with Deans and Department Heads. - Frame, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks. - Drive employee engagement, training, and L&D programs. - Ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate HR documentation, and HRMS data. - Handle employee grievances effectively to promote a productive work culture. - Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development. Qualifications Required: - MBA / Masters degree in Human Resource Management. - 10-15 years of HR experience with mandatory exposure to the Education Industry.
