Location

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for luxury second homes across India.
Drive revenue by targeting HNIs / UHNIs with personalized engagement, curated offers, and relationship-driven selling.
Build, nurture and grow long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
Advise clients on bespoke property solutions aligned to investment, leisure and lifestyle objectives.
Identify, evaluate and enter emerging second-home destinations and luxury micro-markets.
Work with marketing & research to translate consumer trends into actionable sales plays.
Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing luxury sales team.
Set clear performance benchmarks, coach for high service standards and ensure delivery on targets.

Requirements (Desired Profile)

Minimum
7 years
in luxury product salespreferably real estate, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and close deals with
HNIs / UHNIs
(direct sales or advisory).
Strong knowledge of the Indian luxury real estate landscape and second-home destinations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, innovation orientation and hands-on execution ability.
Comfortable with frequent travel across India for client meetings and market evaluation.
