Job Description

About the Role:

We are acquiring land across multiple states of India for logistics warehousing and residential township development. The role requires a professional with deep understanding of land

aggregation from farmers, liaison with local authorities, and end-to-end land purchase management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and aggregate large land parcels by directly engaging with farmers, local

aggregators, and brokers.

Coordinate with revenue and planning departments for mutation, CLU, NA conversion, and registration.
Ensure proper legal and technical due diligence, working closely with legal, finance, and project teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, panchayat officials, district administration, RIICO, TCP, and development authorities.
Maintain updated data on land values, policy changes, and new infrastructure corridors.
Prepare feasibility reports, maps, and acquisition proposals.
Supervise ground team members working in different regions.
Negotiate and finalize land transactions ensuring clear title and timely closure.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Law, or equivalent.
10-20 years of experience in land acquisition, aggregation, and government liaison.
Excellent knowledge of local land laws and acquisition processes in North and Central India.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and government liaisoning skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and district offices.

Preferred Experience:

Worked on industrial parks, logistics hubs, or residential township land acquisition.
Familiarity with CLU / NA / 14Y / revenue clearance procedures.
Proven record of managing multi-state land acquisition portfolios.
