Senior Manager - JLR Assembly

As an experienced candidate in the field of Automobiles with 8-12 years of end-to-end experience, your role will involve the execution of projects within your allocated area to ensure timely completion. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Design Approval meetings with stakeholders for facilities planned - Ensuring facility readiness at various milestones for timely delivery - Complying with legal compliance for suppliers/service providers - Adhering to safety standards during facility execution - Proving facilities/equipments and manufacturing processes for target deliverables - Arranging trainings for operation teams on new equipments & technology - Delivering requirements to achieve station readiness score - Verifying MBOM, Estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for Cost roll up In addition, you will be responsible for: - Executing changes required for DMLs implementation for current and new products - Conducting try-outs before implementing changes - Updating & releasing process documents for current products - Resolving issues observed in trials with stakeholders - Updating documents for corrections based on feedback Your interactions will involve: Internal: - Lead Project Planning Execution - Functional & Admin reporting - Progress review with Head of TS, Mfg Head Powertrain, Shop Heads - Safety closure for issues in the allocated area - Machine Purchase coordination External: - Follow up with suppliers for facilities & equipment - Ensuring legal compliance for gate-pass documentation - Interacting with SCM and GDC for project-related works Qualifications: - Education: B.E/B. Tech. - 8-12 years of experience in Automobiles - Skill levels in areas like Machining, Welding, Assembly Lines, Paint Shop, etc. This role will require you to effectively manage projects, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency in the Technical Services department.,
