Job Description

As a leader in GCC Operations for the Diabetes Digital Technology Delivery teams at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and optimizing information technology and systems functions. You will be responsible for overseeing Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain within the Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development, design, and optimization of information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms. - Analyze, select, and modify enterprise systems and application software, oversee the installation of network hardware/software, and manage database systems. - Provide direction for data protection efforts and ensure the security of the company's data, tools, and information systems. - Implement infrastructure architecture standards to maximize efficiency and ensure platform compatibility. - Utilize subject matter knowledge to apply system characteristics effectively for user groups. - Coordinate the delivery of IT services to user groups and ensure uninterrupted IT service. - Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in relevant fields. - 5+ years of experience in people management.
