Job Description

You are hiring for the position of Manager/ Senior Manager Information Security (PMO) at Gurgaon / NCR, India. As a highly organized and proactive Manager/ Senior Manager Information Security (PMO) at Mobileum, you will lead the program management office for the Information Security function. Your role is crucial in driving visibility, coordination, and execution of security initiatives across the enterprise through the development of comprehensive metrics, dashboards, and governance mechanisms. Your responsibilities will include ongoing monitoring and tracking of all Information Security-related initiatives, providing leadership with regular and actionable reporting on risk treatment progress, program status, gaps, and improvement efforts. You will collaborate with stakeholders to track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and operational dashboards across security programs. Additionally, you will maintain a centralized tracker to monitor the status of InfoSec initiatives, support ITGC implementation, Controls Effectiveness Monitoring & Reporting, Internal and External Audits, manage the security GRC budget, and support risk management workflows. You will align and coordinate across teams such as IT, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Legal, HR, and Business Functions to ensure cohesive execution of security initiatives. Your role will involve translating the overall security strategy into actionable program plans with clear, measurable outcomes, managing timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation, and identifying and escalating program risks and bottlenecks proactively. Communication with stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role, requiring the ability to prepare and deliver regular program status reports, risk summaries, and progress updates to senior leadership. To qualify for this role, you should have 7-12 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within Information Security or related technology fields. Strong experience in developing and managing KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and trackers for complex programs, as well as proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, are essential. Possessing relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA) or Lead Implementer (LI), CISSP, CISM, CISA, among others, would be advantageous. Preferred qualifications include experience working with security frameworks and standards, familiarity with advanced Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of security awareness and training program management. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
