Job Description: Review, develop and implement relevant systems, policies and processes pertaining to Human Resources. Manage HR Operations including but not limited to Leave & Attendance, Support for Payroll, Confirmation Process, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) etc. at MPower. Oversee, manage and facilitate a performance management system that drives high performance. Develop Learning & development guidelines, plan and execute learning calendar, assess training needs and monitor training programs. Drive initiatives to build employer brands by engaging on social media platforms, research and try to present Mpower on relevant platforms driven by other social enterprises. Develop, implement and manage internship & volunteering programs. Prepare an operationally viable HR budget for management approval. Plan and execute employee engagement interventions, recognition schemes to increase team unity, teamwork and further improve employee commitment and motivation. Manage and ensure that employee exit, resignation processes are smooth. Record maintenance of employee records, files. Lead HR Analytics in hiring, attrition, performance management, attendance/ leave etc. to drive decisions of Senior Management pertaining to Mpowers operations or HR processes Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
