Role Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve escalated Workday-related HR queries Manage and audit Workday system access and security roles Generate and analyze Workday reports and mass data uploads Support HR call center staff with training and on-floor process guidance Key Deliverables: Accurate and timely Workday data management and reporting Documentation and support for SOX compliance processes Regular updates and improvements to HR knowledgebase content Cross-functional project participation and process enhancement initiatives
