Experience: 3 years in HR Industry Summary: We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders and employees to support organizational goals. The HRBP will act as a consultant and change agent, aligning business objectives with HR initiatives, improving workforce performance, and driving a culture of engagement, equity, and growth. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership teams on all HR-related matters. Align HR strategy with business goals and provide insight on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on restructuring, process improvement, and cultural alignment. Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a positive employee experience and manage conflict resolution, grievances, and investigations. Develop and implement engagement strategies that foster a high-performance culture. Lead initiatives around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Talent Management & Development: Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop learning plans. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles. Support career development planning and high-potential talent identification. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws and internal standards. Partner with HR specialists in areas like compensation, benefits, and recruitment to deliver integrated solutions.
