Close to Grant road station. Responsibilities: Purpose - This profile will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and converting potential leads into clients. This covers Pan India Centres/Foundations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional service and engagement. Lead Generation : Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media or other communication channels. Follow-up & Conversion : Follow up with leads, address their queries, and convert them into scheduled appointments. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective leads, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Targets : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversions responsible for PAN India Centre/Foundations. Product/Service Knowledge : Have a strong understanding of our services to effectively communicate and promote offerings to potential clients. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the lead sheet and the CRM system.
