Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Drive
Agency premium
in the assigned location for the Health business.
Monitor and drive Agency business in the location through:
Agency Recruitment
Agent Activation
Agent Productivity
Agent Engagement Matrix
Drive key agency metrics and ensure uniform practices across the location.
Achieve both
top-line and bottom-line
targets as per defined business metrics.
Provide strategic inputs from a geographical perspective; periodically review, design, and implement business plans.
Ensure
renewals
are achieved as per targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in
Agency channel sales (preferably Health Insurance/General Insurance/Life Insurance)
.
Strong track record in achieving sales targets.
Ability to recruit, activate, and engage agents effectively.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
