As a Senior Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the existing agents and recruit new ones. You will be expected to plan and design local schemes and engagement programs for agents, ensuring their productivity and activation. Your role will also involve training agents and managing their life cycle effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to brand development through road shows and strive to maintain high customer service satisfaction with zero discrepancies. To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate who holds a Graduation degree and preferably has experience in the Insurance industry, specifically in Health, Life, or General Insurance. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a good understanding of insurance products. It is essential that the candidate is under 34 years of age to meet the job requirements. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, requiring the candidate to work in person at the specified location.,

Role & Responsibilities Drive Agency premium in the assigned location for the Health business. Achieve both top-line and bottom-line targets as per defined business metrics. Provide strategic inputs from a geographical perspective; periodically review, design, and implement business plans.
