Senior Manager Garment Technician

As a Senior Manager Garment Technician and Quality for a Sourcing Company in Gurgaon, your role involves handling the Walmart Account directly. Your primary responsibilities include: - Ensuring timely approval of all samples to maintain the Product Concept Design (PCD). - Establishing close communication with the Buyer and supplier to meet approval requirements. - Verifying that all approved samples meet the required standards and are production-friendly. - Resolving technical and quality issues with both the buyer and supplier, including pattern-related communication. - Overseeing the factory to guarantee the shipment of quality goods on time. - Educating the factory and internal quality/team members on daily requirements. Qualifications required for this position include: - Previous experience in directly handling the Walmart Account. - Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with buyers and suppliers. - Knowledge of garment production standards and quality control processes. - Ability to resolve technical and quality-related issues efficiently. - Experience in educating team members and factory staff on quality requirements.
