Job Description

In this role as a Senior Manager, FP&A (Pricing), you will be responsible for pricing modeling, price optimization, cost analysis, and price communication. Your main tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will lead a team and drive data-driven pricing decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain pricing models to evaluate various pricing scenarios and their impact on revenue and profitability. - Continuously optimize pricing structures and product/package pricing to enhance revenue and market share. - Analyze cost structures and their impact on pricing decisions, working with procurement and finance teams to control costs and maximize profit margins. - Develop and manage discount and promotion strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate pricing changes to internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with pricing regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements. - Generate regular reports on pricing performance, market analysis, and profitability, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Business, Finance, CA, CA(Inter), CFA, ICWA. - 8+ years of experience in responding to RFP. - Experience in IT services pricing. - Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing tools. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.,
