As an FP&A Manager at Spiro, you will play a crucial role in driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units. - Analyzing financial performance, identifying variances vs. budget/forecast, and presenting actionable insights to senior management. - Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs. - Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis. - Tracking key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions. - Developing and enhancing financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation. - Supporting board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives. - Driving process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred. - 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis. - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle, etc.). - Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
