Job Description

As a Financial Manager at our dynamic finance team, your role will involve managing all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will need to have a strong understanding of financial regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IND AS accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and manage the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities. - Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries. - Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to financial reporting processes. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement. - Support budgeting and forecasting activities. - Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. - Conduct regular assessments of financial processes and controls, identifying and mitigating risks. - Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support business initiatives. Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered accountant (CA or equivalent degrees is Must). - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 4 years. - Experience working in a listed company or a similar environment will be preferred. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
