You should have a thorough understanding of the forex and derivative market, including exposure management, hedging instruments, and strategies. It is essential to comprehend interest rate scenarios in different geographies and analyze fast-changing economic situations. Familiarity with the banking regulatory frameworks in major world economies, SOX compliance, and operating within control frameworks is necessary. Joining the global corporate treasury team presents an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures. Your role will involve managing foreign currency risk through forward and derivative contracts, engaging with bankers, middle management, and auditors, and optimizing cash flow management. Additionally, you will handle investment portfolios across various countries, participate in financial due diligence, and secure funding for strategic initiatives such as Mergers and Acquisitions. Key responsibilities include ensuring adequate liquidity in all legal entities and bank accounts, utilizing hedging strategies to manage foreign exchange exposure, negotiating hedging contracts with banks, and assessing investment instruments globally. You must stay updated on statutory compliances and adhere to policies related to treasury operations. Overall, your role will require a blend of financial expertise, risk management skills, and regulatory knowledge to effectively execute treasury functions and contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.,
