Join us to build an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to creating a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As a Senior Manager Finance Transformation at EY, you will be a part of a team of talented professionals, offering an excellent opportunity for growth, learning, and career development within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead delivery of Consulting engagements related to Finance Transformation for clients - Services include Post Merger Integrations & other transactions-related transformations, Finance Organizational Redesign, Finance processes review, optimization, or reengineering, and Digitalization of Finance Functions - Work on end-to-end Finance transformation projects through project planning, execution, findings & recommendation - Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks - Stay updated with regulatory updates, industry developments, practices, and technology relevant to Finance Functions - Coach and support team growth by sharing knowledge and experiences to cultivate technical competencies **Qualifications Required:** - University degree in accounting, finance, management, or similar - Minimum 12 years of experience in consulting or finance function - Excellent Project Management skills - Strong experience in Process redesign - Interest in IFRS, Controlling, and Budgeting - Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint - Proactive, flexible, team-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills - Strong organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills - Excellent command of English.
