Senior Manager - Finance & Compliance

As a Senior Manager of Compliance at Argano, you will be responsible for ensuring all India-based compliance activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing annual statutory audits by gathering necessary information, preparing audited financial statements, and supporting footnotes. You will also be the main liaison with external auditors to ensure timely issuance of audits. - Overseeing the annual tax return process and working with external tax consultants for accurate and timely filing of all required India tax filings. - Handling all monthly and quarterly GST tax workings and filings to maintain compliance. - Coordinating with a third-party tax team on the annual transfer pricing study and ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of the study. - Leading compliance audits initiated by competent authorities and collaborating with senior leaders in Finance as needed to respond to such audits. - Collaborating with other teams within Argano to facilitate the merger process of two India-based legal entities into one. Additionally, personal attributes required for this role include: - Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) to effectively communicate with various levels in the organization. - Strong people and stakeholder management skills. - 10-12 years of work experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a mid-sized organization. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exposure to quality standards and understanding of quality resources and their requirements. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, other MS Office tools, as well as presentation and project management tools. Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. - Analytical and logical thinking abilities. - Willingness to travel between locations. - CA or equivalent qualification is required.,
