As a Senior Manager Engineering Air Fin Coolers - AFC, your role will involve leading the engineering team in designing and developing new products, specifically air fin coolers. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing thermal engineering and HVAC engineering solutions to meet business requirements. - Designing and optimizing heat exchanger systems using HTRI and TEMA standards. - Conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential design flaws. - Creating detailed CAD designs and specifications for air fin coolers and other related products. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales and marketing teams to drive new product development. - Developing and maintaining technical expertise in air fin cooler design and thermal engineering. Qualifications required for this position include: - B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or Chemical Engineering. - 12 to 15 years of experience in air fin cooler design, thermal engineering, and HVAC engineering. - Expertise in Heat Exchanger Design using HTRI and TEMA standards. - Proficiency in CAD design and FMEA. - Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and their application to new product development. - Ability to lead and manage engineering teams. - Excellent communication and project management skills.
