Senior Manager EHS

As the Safety Officer for the project, your responsibilities will include: - Driving Safety Initiatives to ensure compliance with Company & Statutory safety requirements and building a sustainable safety culture. - Deploying methods and technologies for Risk Assessment and Control. - Being well-versed in EHS standards such as ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018. - Having a strong understanding of Legal and other requirements in the construction industry. - Collaborating effectively with the team and possessing excellent technical knowledge of construction activities. - Implementing permanent risk reduction through innovative engineering control measures. - Utilizing Digital EHS Database Management and Reporting systems. - Conducting training sessions on EHS related topics. - Serving as an Internal / Lead Auditor for ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Standards. - Preparing HIRA & Aspect, Impact and Significant Register. - Understanding Fire technology, fire prevention methods, and fire load calculations. - Compiling Incident investigation reports, Lesson Learnt Reports, and EHS Alerts. - Experience in IMS Document Preparations for major National & International clients. - Managing EHS Sub-Contractors effectively. - Demonstrating working knowledge on Design Safety. - Being open to traveling across sites and providing inputs to the Top Management. - Conducting EHS committee meetings and delivering presentations during review meetings. Your qualifications should include: - Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry. - Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Digital EHS Database Management systems. - Certification as an Internal / Lead Auditor for ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 would be advantageous.
