Role:

As a Business Development Education Partnerships, you will work with academic institutions, universities, and colleges to drive adoption of TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship programs. Youll engage with decision-makers, explain program benefits, and onboard institutions to partner with TeamLease for offering industry-integrated degree programs. At the same time, you will drive adoption of learning among the apprentices.

This is a consultative sales role combining elements of education business development, client relationship management, and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard colleges, universities, and training partners for Degree Apprenticeship collaborations along with internal stakeholders
  • Present the TeamLease DA model to institutional heads and management teams Drive awareness about the Earn while you learn” model and its benefits for students and institutions
  • Work with internal teams (program, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation
  • Track, manage, and achieve business targets for partnerships, enrollments, and revenue Stay updated with NEP, UGC, and apprenticeship ecosystem developments Coordination between apprentices, trainers, employers and delivery partners Manage end-to-end program delivery (Theory + OJT + Certification)
  • Sourcing and aligning the trainer as per requirement
  • Ensure compliance, timely delivery, and program evaluation
  • Scheduling sessions and monitoring the effectiveness of these training sessions Track learner engagement, provide actionable reports and have monthly Governance call with employers
  • Manage the LMS
  • Optimize processes through automation and digital platforms

Key KPIs measurable for this role:

  • Build and expand the network of educational institutions offering Degree Apprenticeships
  • Drive student adoption and revenue through effective partner collaboration Strengthen institutional partnerships and ensure smooth program operations Build TeamLease DA’s presence in the education and employability ecosystem

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate/MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Min. 5 years of exp. in Corporate Sales
  • Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment
  • Experience of Education Delivery
  • High on learn-ability
