Senior Manager - Easebuzz Research and Innovation Lab

In this role at Easebuzz Research & Innovation Lab, as a Strategic Planner, you will be responsible for leading strategic planning, market research, and industry benchmarking to identify new business opportunities and innovation areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assessing emerging business models and conducting feasibility studies for new financial products and use cases. - Designing and managing end-to-end innovation programs from ideation to prototype development in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Developing go-to-market strategies for successful prototypes, including preparatory work for licensing and regulatory compliance where needed. - Participating in hackathons and regulatory sandbox programs to solve real-world problems identified by leading organizations. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics from Tier I/II institutions. - 3-4 years of experience in business strategy, gained through consulting, corporate roles, market research, or innovation labs. - An entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
