KPMG India is looking for Senior Manager - Digital Government Advisory to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The G&PS Digital Government Advisory Senior is responsible for providing strategic consulting and advisory services to government clients in their digital transformation initiatives. They work with clients to understand their goals, assess their digital maturity, and develop strategies for leveraging technology to improve government services, operations, and citizen engagement. The role involves providing thought leadership, managing projects, and delivering high- quality solutions to drive digital government transformation. Responsibilities : Client Engagement : Engage with government clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and digital transformation needs. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor. Identify opportunities for digital innovation and provide strategic guidance on leveraging technology for improved government service delivery. Digital Transformation Strategy : Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for government agencies. Conduct assessments of current digital capabilities and maturity levels. Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives. Identify and prioritize digital initiatives aligned with government objectives. Digital Service Design and Delivery : Work collaboratively with government agencies to design and deliver citizen- centric digital services. Conduct user research, gather requirements, and define user journeys. Develop service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes. Provide guidance on user experience (UX), accessibility, and design principles for digital platforms and applications. Technology Consulting : Provide technology advisory and consulting services to government clients. Evaluate emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, or Internet of Things (IoT), and assess their potential for government applications. Advise on technology selection, integration, and implementation strategies. Project Management : Manage digital transformation projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
