Senior Manager- Digital Agency

As a Senior Manager at the Digital Agency in Malabar Head Quarters, your role will involve being a subject matter expert in media strategy and planning. You will lead a program of work related to media strategy, ensuring it is integrated throughout the agency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all deliverables produced by your team, either directly or through delegation. - Owning the development of quality standards for planning deliverables such as Media Recommendation Templates and Post Campaign Analysis. - Collaborating with other team leads, particularly Analytics and Strategy, to establish best practices. - Leading non-client specific projects to enhance capabilities, improve work quality, and optimize efficiency. - Actively managing team members responsible for the quality of Media Planning Milestone Meetings. - Serving as the point of escalation for team issues and providing guidance for process/workflow enhancement. - Participating in new business pitches and contributing to the development of plans and presentations. - Building and maintaining senior client stakeholder relationships. - Taking a proactive approach to capacity and resource management. Your educational qualification should include an MBA, age should be below 50, and you should have 10 to 12 years of experience in the field.
