Senior Manager- Digital Agency

As a Senior Manager in the Digital Agency at Malabar Head Quarters, your role will involve being a subject matter expert in media strategy and planning. You will lead a program of work focused on areas such as brand campaigns and video budget allocation, ensuring best-in-class outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all deliverables produced by your team, either directly or through delegation. - Own the development of quality standards for planning deliverables like Media Recommendation Templates and Post Campaign Analysis. - Collaborate with other team leads, particularly Analytics and Strategy, to establish best practices. - Lead 1-2 projects per quarter that enhance capabilities, improve work quality, or optimize efficiency. - Actively manage the team member responsible for the quality of Media Planning Milestone Meetings and post-campaign analyses. - Serve as the point of escalation for team issues and provide guidance for process enhancements and workflow improvements. - Participate in new business pitches, working with the leadership team to create plans and presentations. - Cultivate senior client stakeholder relationships through 1:1 interactions. - Take a proactive approach to capacity and resource management.
