Job Description

Our client is renowned global organization specialized in Speciality Chemicals business having multiple manufacturing units in India

Role & responsibilities

Lead detailed engineering of batch process plants in reaction, workup, filtration, drying, crystallization, distillation, and solvent recovery.
Oversee the development of Block Flow Diagrams; Cycle time analysis; Material and energy balances; Equipment sizing Process Flow Diagrams and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams; HAZOP studies and risk assessments
Direct the preparation of plant layouts, including equipment layout, plan, and elevation drawings, optimal space utilization and compliance with safety standards.
Ensure design compliance with cGMP and USFDA standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have BE in chemical engineering with experience in batch processing plant
Proficient in applying engineering concepts in day-to-day operations; recognized as a subject matter expert.
