Senior Manager - Demand Planning

You will be responsible for leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including aligning demand forecasts with supply plans, financial targets, and business strategies. You will develop and refine forecasting models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to generate accurate demand forecasts. Additionally, you will oversee inventory levels across various channels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory while optimizing working capital. Collaborating with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams is essential to gather market intelligence and ensure alignment on demand plans. You will also lead a team of demand planners, focusing on continuous improvement and analytical excellence. Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecasts accuracy to senior leadership will be part of your responsibilities.
