Senior Manager, Data Platform & Products - Data Platform - Platform Engineer

A focused group of leaders in each Tech Center helps to ensure we can manage and improve each location, from investing in growth, success, and well-being of our people, to making sure colleagues from each IT division feel a sense of belonging to managing critical emergencies. And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.

What should you know / have:

Bachelor s degree in engineering
7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (S3/Glue/IAM) in data storage and administration.
7+ years of hands-on experience with ETL SQL-based data processing and modelling technologies (dbt, Matillion, Apache spark etc.). Knowledge of dbt is a plus.
Experience with devops CI/CD tool stack: github, Jenkins or other equivalent.
Programing languages/scripting: Java, SQL, python.
7+ years of experience working with Data Platform (Trino, AWS, Databriks, Redshift) as data engineer, however understanding or executing Data Platform administration (including access management and performance monitoring).
Experience with BI tools is a plus.
Ability to create technical documentation.
Ability to define deployment tasks within release plan.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, intelligently curious and inspired.
