Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in the HR technology team at KKR, you will work closely with the Data Engineering and People Analytics team to drive the business by empowering HR, Recruiting, and business leaders to incorporate people insights into workforce and business decisions. You will be operating in a 4-day in-office, 1-day flexible work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate HR/People analytics experience by working with HR data in systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and others, and applying analytics in organizational or workplace contexts. - Utilize analytical and technical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data manipulation and visualization. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients, showcasing strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. - Maintain a quality focus with attention to detail, delivering accurate and polished work to executive-level audiences. - Conduct analyses on workforce or HR datasets that influence talent, culture, or organizational decisions. - Develop dashboards, reports, or visualizations to simplify complex people data for business stakeholders. - Build and maintain data pipelines and associated documentation from Core HR (Workday), Applicant system (Greenhouse), and other HR systems. Qualifications & Technical Skills: - Possess experience in SQL, Python, and Snowflake tools, responsible for data ingestion from Workday and other sources to Snowflake, with experience in Snowflake data warehousing and analytics. - Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts, applying these methods to solve real-world business problems, and leveraging AI for operational efficiencies. - Have 4+ years of data analysis and quantitative/qualitative research experience, evaluating data. - Hold 3+ years of experience working with SQL or relational database, data modeling, advanced querying, Python, and Snowflake. - Acquire experience in working with HR/organizational people data such as headcount, turnover, and recruiting metrics. - Possess 1+ years of dashboard development using advanced Tableau functionality like data blending. - Have 3+ years of SQL and data pipeline development and automation experience. - Show proficiency in Python or R, developing scalable solutions.,
