Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the External Services (ES) team, the healthcare consulting and services arm of Providence India, where you will play a key role in building technology solutions to modernize and simplify the healthcare delivery process. Your focus will be on cybersecurity, ensuring the safety and security of patient data and healthcare operations. By leading the cybersecurity strategy and team, you will contribute to Providence's mission of Health for a better world. Key Responsibilities: - Establish, operationalize, and continuously improve the ES Cybersecurity strategy, capabilities, and services in India. - Oversee emerging security threats, proactive modeling, and validation. - Identify changes to Cybersecurity requirements and align the strategy and roadmap accordingly. - Lead and manage the Cybersecurity team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. - Drive innovation for Cybersecurity across diverse teams, emphasizing engineering, automation, analytics, and advanced threat analysis. - Build trust relationships with customers' key security leaders and engage in strategic planning for deployment or enhancement of Cybersecurity services. - Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Cybersecurity capabilities and services. - Collaborate with other Providence teams to innovate Cybersecurity capabilities. - Understand and deploy Providence and ES vision within Cybersecurity teams. - Serve as a member of the ES extended leadership team, providing expertise in security threat and risk management. - Build and manage a professional, creative, and collaborative team of up to 15 caregivers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM fields, or equivalent experience. - 12+ years of Information Systems experience with 6+ years in Cybersecurity leadership. - Experience in Information Security within Healthcare, Pharma, or Bio-Technology organizations preferred. - Strong technical leadership skills across Security Engineering, Operations, Governance, and Identity and Access Management. - Ability to manage functions with the highest complexity and coordinate between executive leadership and IT teams. - Thorough knowledge of Cyber Security, Data Privacy, and technical security concepts and technologies. - Familiarity with security best practices and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST, etc. - Working knowledge of security domains and platforms/tools like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM, etc. - Certification such as CISSP, CASP+, CISM, or equivalent is preferred.
