Senior Manager - Cybersecurity

You will be responsible for: - Establishing, operationalizing, and continuously improving the ES Cybersecurity strategy, capabilities, and services operating out of India. - Overseeing emerging security threats, proactive modelling, and validation. - Identifying changes to Cybersecurity requirements and aligning Cybersecurity strategy and roadmap to meet those requirements. - Leading and managing the Cybersecurity team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. - Driving change and innovation for Cybersecurity across diverse teams and time zones, providing thought leadership on Cybersecurity. - Providing oversight and direction for the Cybersecurity engagement model, capabilities, programs, and services, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. - Establishing deep trust relationships with customers" key security leaders and related IT/controls and business operations personnel. - Engaging in strategic planning with customers" stakeholders for deployment or enhancement of Cybersecurity services and technologies. - Acting as the primary point of contact between customers" executive leadership and Cybersecurity teams. - Leading the strategy, development, and delivery of Cybersecurity capabilities and services. - Collaborating with other Providence teams and leadership to discover and realize innovation for Cybersecurity capabilities and services. - Building and managing a professional, creative, and collaborative team, hiring, training, and developing staff. - Providing responsive leadership to delegate, coordinate, and motivate staff, evaluating performance and working with HR to improve as needed. - Overseeing a team of up to 15 caregivers. Your day will involve: - Acting as the Cybersecurity leader for the customer, integrating Cybersecurity requirements into capability/service scope, strategy, programs, and operations. - Managing customer Cybersecurity teams and environment, ensuring adequate staffing and seamless delivery of monitoring service. - Leading the identification, development, enforcement, and monitoring of security policies, standards, and procedures. - Leading security engineering for technology and security services/components, supporting complex hosting and integration. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams on security-related matters, identifying, investigating, and remediating security vulnerabilities. - Providing leadership during security events and incidents, managing incident response and acting as an escalation contact. - Leading other Cybersecurity functions as directed, including development and testing of automation. - Communicating and summarizing the status of operations and projects to leadership and reports. - Identifying customers" unique cybersecurity needs and developing/tailoring ES Cybersecurity services portfolio to address those needs. Qualifications required: - 4-year University (Bachelors) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM fields, or equivalent experience. - 12+ years of Information Systems experience with 6+ years of Cybersecurity leadership experience. - Few years of working experience in an Information Security role within a Healthcare, Pharma, or Bio-Technology organization preferred. - Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans for complex Cybersecurity requirements, implementing advanced programs and technologies. - Technical leadership skills in Security Engineering, Operations, Governance, and Identity and Access Management. - Strong knowledge of security best practices and standards, technical security concepts and technologies. - Working knowledge of technology domain security and security platforms/tools. - Experience with formal documentation creation and certification like CISSP, CASP+, CISM preferred.,
