Senior Manager - Cyber Security

The Senior Security Awareness and Training Lead is responsible for managing projects in support of the global security awareness and training program. You will develop and deliver communications campaigns and training plans to ensure the program exceeds compliance requirements and encourages security-minded behaviors. Your attention to detail and experience working with global audiences will be essential. This position reports to the Global Security Awareness Leader within the enterprise cybersecurity organization. You will be tasked with developing and managing projects that align strategically with the program's vision of creating a strong, positive security culture and changing behaviors effectively. Collaboration across various functions and business units will be necessary to identify top human risks and the behaviors that need modification to mitigate those risks. Your role will involve developing communications and training plans that educate and reinforce desired behaviors, as well as effectively communicating complex information to empower employees and contractors in securing RTX's information assets and people. In this role, you will be responsible for developing mixed media such as infographics, presentations, videos, and tip sheets to support awareness and training efforts. Additionally, you will develop and modify training content to meet company requirements and conduct intelligence-based social engineering exercises, analyzing project metrics to drive improvements. Effective cross-functional project communications will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring stakeholder alignment and transparency.
