Job Description

As a Sales Manager for the assigned territory, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of vehicles by focusing on increasing sales volumes, market share, and improving customer engagement. You will actively manage dealer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and strive to achieve territory sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales in the specified territory for a particular product line to ensure volume sales, market share growth, and enhanced customer engagement - Plan and conduct monthly target setting, including marketing activations at the dealerships, aligned with forecasted sales volume - Coordinate with various partners and internal teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales - Execute monthly activations and provide necessary support to improve effectiveness while measuring outcomes of activities - Ensure monthly and annual targets are met in terms of retail sales and customer satisfaction levels - Support state product manager in closing mid-to-large deals when required - Convert C4T customers within the assigned dealership into Tata Motors customers - Increase sales and share of business with key account customers - Collaborate with sales teams for value-added sales in the designated territory - Conduct monthly sales execution meetings with dealers' sales representatives and sales teams to monitor performance and establish future action plans - Review and monitor MIS reports related to volume, market share, activity report, retail tracker, C4T list, and pipeline DSE - Ensure distribution of dealership targets DSE wise and Micro Market wise - Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources to identify potential white spaces and emerging customer expectations - Regularly share market intelligence with state product managers to facilitate informed decision-making Qualification Required: - Education: B.E/ B.Tech with relevant experience or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred - Relevant Experience: 4-7 years in the Automobile Industry with experience in Sales & Marketing The role involves interactions with internal stakeholders such as State Product Manager, State Head, Regional Sales Managers, Regional Head SNM/SNM Manager, and Regional Head RCFI/RCFI Manager to drive sales, market share growth, and ensure support for dealerships and customers.
