Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of vehicles in the assigned territory by focusing on sales volumes, market share, and enhancing customer engagement. Your main tasks will include actively managing dealer relationships, developing new business, and achieving territory sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales in the specified territory for a particular product line to ensure volume sales, market share growth, and enhanced customer engagement - Plan and conduct monthly target setting, including marketing activations at the dealerships, in line with forecasted sales volume - Coordinate with various partners and internal teams to drive customer engagement and sales - Execute monthly activations and provide necessary support to drive effectiveness while measuring outcomes of activities - Ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved in terms of retail sales and customer satisfaction levels - Support state product manager in converting mid-to-big sized deals when necessary - Drive the conversion of C4T customers with assigned dealership into Tata Motors fold - Drive sales and share of business with key accounts customers - Seek support from sales teams for value-added sales in the assigned territory - Conduct sales execution meetings on a monthly basis with dealers sales representatives and sales team to monitor performance and set future action plans - Review and monitor MIS reports related to volume, market share, activity report, retail tracker, C4T list, and pipeline DSE - Ensure distribution of dealership targets DSE wise and Micro Market wise - Capture and review market intelligence through various sources to explore potential white spaces and emerging customer expectations - Review and monitor dealer inventory levels and provide inputs on product improvements and development of new products - Work closely with state product managers to share market intelligence regularly Qualification Required: - Education: B.E/ B.Tech with relevant experience or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred - Relevant Experience: 4-7 years in the Automobile Industry with experience in Sales & Marketing The role involves interactions with internal stakeholders like State Product Manager, State Head, Regional Sales Managers, Regional Head SNM/SNM Manager, and Regional Head RCFI/RCFI Manager to drive sales, market share growth, and ensure support for dealerships and customers.
