Senior Manager CRM Architect

As a MSD CRM Architect at EY, you will be responsible for deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration, customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing) and integration. You will have the opportunity to work on CRM engagements to design the next generation digital architecture, analyze and design phases of a project, collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements, and translate them into solutions. Your key responsibilities include: - Participating in application design sessions and making solution recommendations - Having a deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM - Configuring and customizing CRM applications - Developing CRM Applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions - Ensuring that the design aligns with the business requirements - Working cooperatively in a team environment - Remaining flexible with changing workloads Your people responsibilities will include building a quality culture, fostering teamwork and leading by example, training and mentoring project resources, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives. Key Skills required for this role: - Minimum 14+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience - Hands-on development experience in writing plugins - Working on large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model - Client-facing engagement experience - End-to-end implementation experience with integration - Design and coding experience in skills like Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM - Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration, and build processes - Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Qualification: BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience Preferred Skills: - Prior experience as an architect on globally distributed projects - 6+ years of experience in architecting solutions - MVP recognition - Fast Track recognized Solution Architect recognition - BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 10+ years - CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins, etc.) - D365 CRM Certified About EY: EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society, and build trust in the capital markets.
