About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Creative Copy to lead our copy function and drive impactful storytelling across digital, performance, social, and video-first platforms. In this role, you will lead a team of writers, set the creative direction for campaigns, and ensure high-quality, consistent, and performance-driven copy across channels. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand communicatesbalancing performance marketing effectiveness with creative storytellingwhile building a strong creative voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of writers, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs. Own copywriting for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates) with a focus on driving conversions. Drive social-first ideas and copy (organic + paid), staying on top of trends and platform nuances. Oversee and guide the development of video scripts for YouTube content, testimonials, social ads, and brand films. Supervise copy across multi-format campaigns: ads, landing pages, emailers, push notifications, CRM, and microsites. Partner with design, performance, and brand teams to conceptualize integrated campaign ideas. Ensure consistency of brand voice and tonality across all touchpoints. Encourage experimentation with AI tools and emerging content formats to enhance productivity and creative impact. Track performance insights to refine messaging for better engagement and conversion.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

7–9 years of experience in copywriting, digital creative, or advertising roles. Strong track record of delivering performance-driven ad copy and social-first ideas. Experience in video-first storytelling—scripting for both short-form and long-form video content. Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team of writers while maintaining creative excellence. Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate briefs into impactful ideas. Awareness of AI-driven creative tools and comfort experimenting with them. Agency background or digital-first brand experience preferred. Exceptional command over language, attention to detail, and adaptability across tones
