Senior Manager - Conversation Design

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in Conversation Design, you will be responsible for providing transformation services to clients by leveraging key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce, and Advanced Customer Engagement. Your role will involve optimizing marketing, sales, and customer service strategies to drive cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Ideate and execute compelling design workshops - Identify use cases and user journeys for conversational experiences - Own the conversation design process from research to QA - Define NLP requirements and collaborate with the AI/Discovery team - Advise clients on industry best practices - Continually experiment with new tools and technologies - Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders - Work efficiently across VoiceFlow, Botsociety, Kore.AI, Visio, Adobe XD, and Figma - Lead pre-sales activities and practice-specific initiatives Qualifications Required: - Must have skills in developing interactive models using conversational platforms - Deep understanding of customer-centered design processes - Extensive customer experience and operational excellence - Consulting experience is a plus - 10+ years of digital experience and MBA from a tier 1 institute Additional Details: You will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients.
