Job Description

Overview

Leading statutory & Tax audit of the Local accounts of the company.

Responsibilities

Review and finalisation of Annual Ind AS compliant standalone and consolidated financials along with notes to accounts and relevant disclosures for all lagal entities including PF & SAF trusts.
Preparation of US GAAP vs IGAAP profit reconciliation along with identifying areas for harmonization.
Preparation of Cause of Change (CoC) for financial statements and getting the same reviewed from BU Controller & Associate Director - Reporting.
Leading Statutory audit by coordinating with statutory auditors and all verticals for closure of issues raised during audit.
Assist BU Controller & Reporting Associate Director in aspects of technical accounting and reporting aspects related to Indian framework.
Drive process compliance and controls execution at the reporting function related to Statutory audit
Support the cross functional teams in its calendar and closing checklist compliance

Tax Audits :

Tax Audit of all legal entities
Transfer pricing Audit
Advance Tax

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant
7-8 years experience
