Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Construction Finance & Loans located in Pune. The Senior Manager will oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, project control, and financing. They will ensure compliance with construction safety standards and provide supervisory oversight to project teams. Additionally, the Senior Manager will work closely with stakeholders to streamline financial processes and ensure project financial health.

Qualifications

Minimum Relevant Experience 2 years

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide project teams
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to maintain financial stability of projects
• Knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Construction Management, or related field
