Qualification

Essential -BE/ BTech Civil Engineering

Desirable - MS Projects, AutoCAD. Knowledge of Electrical domain

Mandate - 15+ years post qualification experience after BE/ BTech ,

Work Experience -15 25 years

Experience Description

1. Execution of work as per drawings and specifications.

2. Timely intimation of delays and bottlenecks if any.

3. Study the drawings for correctness and relation with services drawings.

4. Coordinate with various agencies deployed at site for civil / electrical / plumbing, or contractors to ensure smooth operations

5. Optimum utilisation of departmental manpower, materials

6. machinery and maintaining records to the effect.

7. Preparation/ checking of Bar bending schedules

8. Working knowledge of preparation of BOQ for any new projects/maintenance works.

9. Verification of contractor /vendor bills w.r.t. to PO

10.Ensure that the works are being executed as per defined SOPs and approved quality standards

11.Adherence to work schedule and target / milestone

EXECUTION OF MID-SIZE PROJECTS WITH CIVIL AND ELECTRICAL SCOPE

Key Responsibilities

Construction Management Knowledge of how to initiate, plan, organise, execute and manage the construction of large-scale mixed-use projects. Cross functional exposure. Should interpret and coordinate between Architecture, Structure, & MEP drawings and highlight the necessary changes required

1. Execute the work at site as per the project scope, key milestones, quality, and design expectations.

2. Monitoring the Civil, MEP & External Development construction activities being carried out by the Contractors

3. Monitoring of Daily project performance and ensuring adherence to annual operations plan and ensure work done as per schedule

4. Ensure quality of execution and timely completion of job as per schedule.

1.Computer Literacy - MS Projects, Autocad.

2.Languages Known - Can write, read, understand - English, Gujarati and Hindi
