Senior Manager / Chief Manager - IR & DA

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling disciplinary issues and industrial relations (IR) related matters within the organization. This includes conducting inquiries, staff fraud investigations, handling grievance procedures, and conflict resolution arising from disciplinary proceedings and IR related issues. You will also be tasked with preventing frauds and misappropriations through proper awareness and training programs, representing the bank in labor and legal matters, and reporting disciplinary and staff actions to management. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting inquiries based on reports received from stakeholders - Performing staff fraud investigations - Handling grievance procedures and conflict resolution - Implementing awareness and training programs for fraud prevention - Representing the bank in labor and legal matters - Reporting disciplinary and staff actions to management - Training team members and staff on labor law updates - Monitoring statutory compliances under various labor laws/codes Qualifications Required: - LLB or any post-graduation in a relevant field - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong drafting skills (legal) - Experience in handling staff legal issues - Proficiency in MS Office and other HRMIS software Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in handling disciplinary issues and labor-related matters.
