Job Description

To ensure that process critical equipment will be available for its intended application throughout the life of an operation, which includes activities to ensure that equipment is designed, fabricated, procured, installed, operated, and maintained appropriately for its intended application. Such activities to be performed including other process safety and risk management elements. Responsible for the reliability of all Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument - Static and Rotary equipment in all GFL plants. Prepare and implement a reliability improvement plan for each plant based on past failures. Analyze the failures of each plant by collecting data and study the system thoroughly and plan for corrective & preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of the failure and resolve chronic issues. Ensure that all activities are planned and executed under SHE guidelines.
