Senior Manager - Business Consulting PI - CHS - CNS - BC

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager with 8 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience to lead our team in delivering transformation programs and CDDs in the healthcare space. The ideal candidate will have expertise in areas such as Go to Market Strategy, Commercial Diligence, Business planning, Cost Reduction, and Procurement. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead a team of consultants and managers to deliver transformation programs and CDDs in the healthcare space. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Conduct market assessments and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. Provide expert guidance on procurement and cost reduction initiatives. Design and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry with significant expertise in at least three of the listed areas. In-depth domain knowledge in one or more sectors, including Healthcare (Private Hospitals), Medical devices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, focusing on delivering insightful and practical solutions.
