Senior Manager, Brand & Communications

As a Senior Manager, Brand & Communications at SuperOps, you will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying the brand's presence across various key channels. Your responsibilities will include leading Brand Strategy, PR, Thought Leadership, Social Media, and Communities. You will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling that resonates with the audience. Your main tasks will involve defining and evolving SuperOps brand messaging, positioning, and identity to establish a strong and differentiated presence in the market. You will lead brand-level initiatives and campaigns to build awareness, affinity, and trust. Additionally, you will own and govern the brand system, including guidelines, voice, and standards, to maintain consistency across all teams and channels. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies to enhance credibility and visibility in key markets. You will manage agency partners or external collaborators to deliver high-impact media coverage and cultivate relationships with media, analysts, and influencers to amplify SuperOps story. Furthermore, you will create and execute a thought leadership program that positions company executives and experts as industry voices. As a successful candidate, you should have 5-8+ years of brand or marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within brand and creative functions. You should possess a strong foundation in brand strategy, including messaging, positioning, visual identity, and storytelling. Effective communication, decisive leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential for this role. Experience in managing creative teams, content, or design is preferred, along with comfort in working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders.
