Senior Manager Application Support

As a Senior Manager Application Support at MediaMint, you will lead a globally distributed support team to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical applications and data services for our client, a leading audience intelligence platform. Your role will involve diagnosing complex issues, driving root cause analysis, improving monitoring, and building a resilient support ecosystem. This high-impact, client-facing position requires technical depth, operational rigor, and strong leadership skills. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of support engineers across shifts, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Python applications, SQL queries, Snowflake data warehouses, and API integrations, monitoring system health, collaborating with various teams to improve system stability and customer experience, designing and implementing automation for repetitive tasks, creating and optimizing complex SQL queries, supporting data integrity, ingestion workflows, and integration pipelines, and maintaining strong documentation practices for operational excellence. Additionally, you will establish KPIs and SLA adherence metrics for support performance and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, 12+ years of experience in application support, technical troubleshooting, or production operations, expertise in Python scripting, SQL, Snowflake, and API integration, strong experience in data modeling, query performance tuning, and ETL support in a cloud data warehouse environment, familiarity with version control systems, hands-on experience with support tools, excellent troubleshooting skills, effective communication skills, client-facing experience, and exposure to digital advertising platforms.
