About the Role:

Senior Analytics Specialist / Analytics Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end analytics tasks including data extraction, processing, and analysis using SQL and Python.
• Develop and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, and decision support systems.
• Build and optimize rules-based engines for

  fraud application identification

  and

  fraud customer identification

  .
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Risk, Product, Engineering) to design and implement analytical solutions.
• Apply Machine Learning techniques where required to enhance fraud detection accuracy.
• Contribute to GenAI-driven analytics initiatives and automation projects.
• Present insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain data governance, accuracy, and documentation of analytical workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 25 years

  of experience in Analytics or Data Science roles.
• Strong

  SQL

  and

  Python

  programming skills (hands-on experience required).

• B.Tech or MBA

  from Tier-1 institutes (IIT/IIM preferred).
• Experience working with

  fraud detection rules

  , fraud identification systems, or risk analytics.
• Exposure to

  Machine Learning models

  (classification, anomaly detection, scoring models).
• Understanding or hands-on experience in

  Generative AI (GenAI)

  is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Risk Analytics, or Fraud Analytics domain.
• Ability to work independently and lead analytical initiatives end-to-end.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and fraud risk mitigation
